Reaching out for help can be scary, and deciding to see a therapist is a large step. I work to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and inclusive. I work collaboratively with my clients to set meaningful goals, identify barriers, measure progress, and discover what feels right for you.

I am very comfortable discussing sensitive topics and provide both individual therapy and couples therapy. I specialize in sexuality issues and working with LGBTQI, kink, and poly-identified clients. I also work with many heterosexual and monogamous clients. My approach fosters a space where you can be unapologetically YOU. My perspective is sex-positive and uses a harm reduction lens. It is important to me that we find what works for you, so I truly value your feedback in the therapeutic process.

I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Insight-oriented psychotherapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and New York. I am a certified Sex Therapist through AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists). Prior to focusing full-time on private practice, I was a therapist at GMHC, the oldest HIV/AIDS organization in the country. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Masters Degree in Education with a specialization in Human Sexuality and Sex Therapy from Widener University. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Playwriting from New York University.
